Elysse Andrews, MPH is the Executive Secretary of Because Organization. She received her Master of Public Health from the University of Florida in 2021, with a concentration in Social Behavioral Sciences and a personal interest in Epidemiology. In 2016, she received her Bachelor’s in science at Colorado State University, in Human Development and Family Studies, which sparked her passion for the behavioral sciences. Elysse has over ten years of experience working in Women's Health, both professional and volunteer, as well as a history in global health.

Her interest in joining Because Organization stems from her lifelong purpose of expanding resource access to those who need it. When she's not working in the healthcare field as an Epidemiologist, she's cheering for the Florida Gators or upcycling furniture from yard sales.
